The Timer, is an item only appearing in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The Timer is an uncommon item found in crates, party balls, and barrels. When a character uses the timer, there is a high percent chance that all characters on the battlefield but your character will move much more slowly. There is also a possibility that every character on the battlefield will move slower. There is a very low chance that only you will move slowly, which negates any advantages for this item.
