Suicune

Getting hit by Aurora Beam will give you a chance to cool off. Literally. Even touching Suicune right when it appears will freeze you.

Main Article

Suicune is the Legendary Water Beast native to the Johto region. Alongside Raikou and Entei, Suicune was created by Ho-Oh after three Pokémon perished in the destruction of the Brass Tower, it represents the rain that put out the fire that consumed the tower. Suicune has the ability to run across water, purifying it as it moves over the body of water. The north wind seems to blow stronger when Suicune is around.

[edit] Effect

Once released, Suicune will use Aurora Beam, freezing anyone unfortunate enough to be within range.
