Overview

Onett is a stage from the Earthbound series, and is Ness's hometown. It first appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee, then returned as one of the Melee stages in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The stage has walk off edges, however, most combat occurs in the middle of the stage between the 2 houses, which act as walls to keep the fight contained. Occasionally, the sign on the drug store will fall off, taking the two lower platforms with it. A car will sometimes drive past, damaging everyone on the ground. Fortunately, you will receive a warning before hand in the form of a flashing, yellow triangle appearring on-screen. By throwing a Mr. Saturn item at a car the car will spin out of control.
