Hanenbow is from the game from Electroplankton. This stage doesn't have a My Music option. When you hit the leaves, it changes the angles of the leaf. Hitting the leaves also change the color from green, to orange, to red. Hanenbow jump from the water onto places on the stage. They don't damage you, but when they hit the leaves, they make sound. On the flower that is on the left, if you make all leaves red, then a flower will sprout at the top of it.
